Spring Advisor is seeking an Analyst / Trainee who is a 4th–5th year student, recent graduate, or early-career talent. In this role, you will work on M&A and other corporate finance projects, build valuation models, perform analyses, and prepare key materials for client engagements.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Analytical mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Relevant university background with strong academic performance
- Prior internship/full-time experience in corporate finance or similar advisory
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
