Spring Advisor is seeking an Analyst who is a final year student, recent graduate, or early-career talent. In this role, you will work on M&A and other corporate finance projects, build valuation models, perform analyses, and prepare key materials for client engagements.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A relevant university degree (or close to graduation) with a strong academic record
- Prior full-time/internship work experience in corporate finance or similar advisory positions
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent language skills in Finnish and English
- Team player attitude with good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Commitment to working in a fast-paced environment
