We typically hire trainees once a year, in March-April for the following autumn and spring. A successful traineeship gives you a great opportunity to return to Spring upon the completion of your studies.

Trainee recruitment steps
Submission of application documentation
Please send us your application letter, CV, and transcript of records to convince us of your skills and why you wish to work at Spring. Based on this, we choose the most promising candidates to continue our recruitment process. To those applicants we do not choose to move forward with, we explain the reasons behind our decision and offer suggestions on how to further improve the application.
First round interviews
During the first round of interview, lasting approximately one hour, you will meet selected Spring founders and discuss your motivation for working at Spring. In addition, you will collaborate with Spring team members in solving a short case example.
Second round interviews
During the second round of interviews, you will meet several Spring people with so-called fit questions as well as two more extensive case exercises. You can also ask us questions about the day-to-day life at Spring, its requirements, and your expectations for the traineeship.

You have been chosen to join the Spring Academy. We will negotiate the duration and terms of the internship flexibly based on your and our needs.
