We explored the concrete experiences of Finnish business leaders in managing change. The research was carried out in spring 2024 as a survey in cooperation with students of Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University, in which 20 experienced company managers with a turnover of mainly over 100 million euros from different industries were interviewed.
The observations dealt with the challenges of transformation, success factors and how external expert help has been used in change projects.
