Spring acted as Outokumpu Energia’s financial advisor in the sale of its electricity sales business for Lummen Energia.
Through this transaction, Okun Energia concentrates on its core industries of energy distribution and district. Spring was in charge of overseeing the entire sales process and assisting Okun Energia in commercial negotiations.
