We are looking for students in their final stages of studies (3rd to 5th year) to join us at our office in Helsinki. The Spring Academy trainee period can take place either in the autumn of 2023 or spring of 2024 – the exact dates are flexible. The Spring Academy is an important recruitment path for our full-time consultants.
You will participate broadly in strategy, operational development and transformation, and corporate finance engagements. These projects require problem solving, analysis of businesses and markets, financial modelling, and crafting presentation materials in Finnish and in English which you will present to clients. You will work as a part of a project team with 3-5 colleagues. In addition, your team and dedicated Spring Academy buddy are there to support you throughout your traineeship.
Spring Advisor & Spring Academy
Spring Advisor is a management consulting and financial advisory firm helping business owners, board of directors, executives, and public sector decision makers in demanding business problems by delivering answers that are strictly to the point and actionable. Spring Academy is Spring Advisor’s own trainee program through which every spring and autumn 1-2 students get an opportunity to experience the world of management consulting. The duration of the trainee period is around 4 months. A thorough description of Spring Academy can be found on our website.

We do not expect you to have experience from management consulting nor a specific academic background. Your motivation and reciprocal compatibility are of importance. The work requires fluent competence in Finnish and English.
