Spring served as the financial advisor to the Saimaa Group in the purchases of Pept Oy Ab Group, JE Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, and JE Help AB.
As a result of the acquisitions, Saimaa Group successfully implements its group strategy by maintaining strong growth in Finland and expanding operations to Sweden. Spring assisted Saimaa Group with the buying process, due diligence study, and negotiations.
Spring has assisted the Saimaa Group in all five of its acquisitions over the last four years. As a result, the Group has profitably raised its turnover from just under 15 million to almost 100 million through these acquisitions and organic growth. Saimaa Group is the most significant industrial insulation and scaffolding group in Finland.
