Spring acted as the financial advisor of the municipality of Enontekiö in the sale of Enontekiö Electricity to Arctic Energy and Water (Neve) and OP Life Assurance.
The development and operations of the northern power network is secured well into the future with this ownership arrangement and the assistance from the Ministry of Employment (TEM-support). Spring was entirely responsible for the transaction process’s completion, material preparation, scenario modeling, and discussions with numerous parties. Ville Hyppönen from Next Legal handled the legal documentation and process with care and efficiency.
