Before joining Spring, Konsta gained broad experience in management consulting. He began his career at Nordic Healthcare Group, focusing on the health and social services sector, before moving into energy-related projects at Afry Management Consulting. These roles gave him a solid foundation in executive consulting and a deep understanding of the business dynamics of the energy sector.
Konsta’s academic background in systems and operations research provides him with a strong quantitative foundation for supporting decision-making. This is reflected in his ability to approach even the most complex business challenges with confidence. In-depth analyses are never a burden—they are a valuable tool when the client’s needs call for it.
At Spring, Konsta has had the opportunity to focus on projects that combine strategic thinking with financial modeling. In doing so, he finds himself continuously driven to understand how companies operate at a deeper level. He is particularly fascinated by uncovering what financial figures truly reveal about a company’s direction and how decisions shape both current operations and future outcomes.
