Ville joined Spring Advisor in spring 2026, bringing with him extensive experience in M&A and Corporate Finance advisory. Throughout his long career, Ville has advised both domestic and international companies and investors. He has deep expertise particularly in the value chains of the food & beverage and consumer goods industries, the media sector, and various service businesses such as logistics.
At Spring, Ville is part of the Corporate Finance team, where he leads client engagements and plays an active role in advisory projects.
Ville believes that the best advisory work is built on experience combined with a broad understanding of the client’s industry — enabling the advisor to support clients in making the right decisions at critical turning points in their business. Every project is unique and are carried out with genuine ambition and a flexible approach tailored to the client’s needs, while always maintaining a pragmatic mindset.
In Ville’s view, the most rewarding aspect of advisory work is a satisfied client, which is why the objective in every assignment is to exceed client expectations.
Before joining Spring, Ville spent more than 25 years working with Nordic M&A and capital markets transactions, including roles within Nordea’s Investment Banking operations and at MCF Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for the Consumer sector.
He has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border sell-side and buy-side assignments, equity offerings, other financing arrangements, and strategic advisory services.
Ville holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Vaasa.
