Axel joined Spring’s Corporate Finance team in February 2026, bringing experience from M&A and real estate advisory as well as structured products. Before joining Spring, Axel worked in Stockholm at EY and UBS in various roles within financial due diligence and structured products. Most recently, he worked at Clearwater, where he advised clients on both sell‑side and buy‑side M&A mandates.
Axel is motivated by the dynamic nature of M&A advisory, where analytical work, teamwork, and client interaction intersect. He values continuous development and enjoys taking responsibility from an early stage.
Axel holds an M.Sc. (Finance) from Hanken School of Economics. His mother tongue is Swedish, and he is fluent in Finnish and English. Outside of work, Axel stays active through golf, running, gym training, and racket sports, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
