Fredrik leads the Operations and Transformation team at Spring Advisor, bringing a wealth of experience in challenging international transformation projects. He has a strong analytical yet practical approach to accelerating companies’ growth and improving profitability.
“I have worked in consulting for approximately ten years, drawn to its fast-paced, diverse challenges and measurable results. My most substantial consulting experience was at McKinsey, where I started in 2016. I spent my first spring in Kainuu, helping a nationally significant mine recover from bankruptcy to profitability. That project taught me the discipline of large-scale change initiatives, which sparked my enthusiasm and shaped much of my career.
In spring 2024, I discovered an exciting opportunity at Spring Advisor to lead the expanding Operations and Transformation team. After meeting a diverse group of employees, I was inspired by the team’s pragmatic, passionate, and high-caliber approach. As my first year has come to an end, I can say it has been both rewarding and enriching. I have worked on impactful projects with leading Finnish companies, and have helped to develop both our company and my team.
In the future, I aim to boldly take my team forward – to grow its size, expertise, and impact. Our team has the ambition and ability to take on projects that challenge both us and our customers, and it is in these that the greatest customer value is created.”
