Spring Advisor is looking for a full-time Analyst/Consultant to join our Performance team in our office in Helsinki, on Pohjoisesplanadi. Specializing in Operations and Transformation, you’ll help clients accelerate growth and improve profitability through e.g., sourcing excellence, process development, operating model changes, and manufacturing optimization.
Assignments range from full-company transformations to targeted numerical analyses. While your primary focus will be in Performance-related projects, you’ll also have opportunities to work on projects with our Strategy team, further broadening your expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct numerical and qualitative analysis, synthesize recommendations and present to senior executives
- Develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with clients
- Participate in and drive internal development initiatives within Spring
What we look for
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and pragmatic problem-solving approach
- 1-3 years of experience in operations and transformation, preferably in management consulting, with exposure to topics such as manufacturing, sourcing, net working capital (NWC), and operating model design
- Excellent communication skills (in Finnish and English) and ability to engage credibly with all organizational levels
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
