Ina has worked at Spring since 2019 and has developed into an analytical data expert whom both colleagues and clients can trust. Her analytical approach, combined with careful attention to client situations, creates the foundation for delivering valuable and productive outcomes. Ina’s toolbox includes more than just Excel, which allows her to handle demanding data processing and provide insightful analyses.
Philosophy
Ina’s work is based on thorough analysis, where raw data is transformed into meaningful insights for the client. She approaches her projects with the same passion and commitment as she does sports, always striving to find ways to achieve the best possible performance. Her curiosity and meticulousness are reflected both in estafette runs and in the depths of Python coding.
Background
Previously, Ina worked at CGI as a project manager in various software development projects, and at Valio and Finnlines in different financial administration roles.
At Spring, Ina wants to continue developing her versatile skills and gaining experience from diverse projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Lappeenranta University of Technology and is continuing her studies toward a second Master’s degree in Data Analytics (M.Sc. Industrial Engineering and Management).
