Sara joined the Spring team in January 2025, bringing extensive experience in M&A transactions.
As a member of Spring’s energy team, she works on both energy sector M&A deals and strategic projects, applying her background in finance and hands-on experience from various M&A projects.
Sara approaches her work with determination and believes that a clear target, a focused approach, and a touch of sisu go a long way. Her background in gymnastics has shaped her mindset around taking initiative, always striving to improve, and being able to pause and celebrate achievements along the way. The best results come when quality and positive energy go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Sara finds energy in Trib3 workouts and relaxes through travel. Discovering new places inspires her and brings fresh perspectives to everyday life.
Sara has worked in corporate finance since 2021, primarily focusing on cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to joining Spring, she worked at Häggblom & Partners.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Vaasa (Finance) and from IESEG School of Management (Financial Transactions and Corporate Strategy).
