Samuli joined Spring as an Intern in the fall of 2024 and continued as an analyst at the beginning of 2025.
He has primarily worked in the Corporate Finance team, contributing to valuations, financial advisory, and ownership strategy projects. In addition, he has been involved in commercial due diligence assignments for both Finnish and international private equity investors.
Philosophy
Samuli approaches his work with determination and a positive mindset. He is a natural team player who values collaboration and continuous learning.
Background
Before joining Spring, Samuli worked at SEB, Wärtsilä, and KPMG.
He holds an M.Sc. (Finance) from Aalto University.
