Before joining Spring, Roope has worked in management consulting at AFRY Management Consulting and Rejlers. Prior to his consulting career, he spent many years in the nuclear power sector at Teollisuuden Voima in a range of positions with responsibility, both as a supervisor and as a subject matter expert.
His experience in large and demanding projects gave him a strong foundation in project management, international stakeholder collaboration, and understanding the energy sector as a whole. Since then, he has broadened his expertise towards the development of energy systems, renewable energy, and energy business.
