Joona began his journey with Spring in the spring of 2022 with an internship and returned in September 2023, bringing valuable experience in corporate finance and private equity. At Spring, Joona primarily works with the corporate finance team, where he has had the opportunity to assist clients with transactions, valuations, and due diligence projects. Additionally, he has been actively involved with the strategy team, contributing to market research and developing a business concept for a food sector client.
Joona’s strong background in team sports has cultivated a relaxed yet determined team player attitude, coupled with an entrepreneurial and positive mindset.
Joona has previous experience in corporate finance from MCF Corporate Finance and private equity from CapMan. He holds an M.Sc. (Finance) from Aalto University.
