Iida started at Spring in January 2024 in the energy team, bringing with her experience from the wind power sector, among others. At Spring, Iida has been involved in various strategic energy projects and preparation of investment decisions. Additionally, Iida has conducted market reviews of the Finnish energy sector, focusing on electricity distribution and heating.
Iida is precise and systematic by nature, and when tasks are started, they are carried out precisely from start to finish. Iida is a team player both at work and in her free time on the floorball field, and thus gets along excellently with different people. At work and outside of it, Iida is motivated by learning new things and self-improvement.
Before joining Spring, Iida worked at the Energy Authority on the technical regulation of electricity and natural gas networks, and at Enersense in the development of wind and solar power projects. Iida graduated from Aalto University with a Master of Science in Engineering, majoring in sustainable energy conversion processes, with a particular interest in the energy sector’s transition towards a zero-emission society. During her studies, Iida was actively involved in the board of the energy technology students’ association and organized excursions to Iceland and Scotland, among other activities.
