Ella joined Spring’s strategy and performance teams in 2025, bringing experience in business development within patent licensing, as well as strategy, finance, and financial administration. In addition to Finnish and English, Ella also enjoys working in Swedish and French, which supports multilingual client engagements.
Ella approaches her work systematically and focuses on how to achieve a positive impact for the client. She is motivated by learning new topics and applying broad-based expertise, which strengthens her ability to identify the most relevant solutions from the client’s perspective. In her free time, Ella practices yoga and plays tennis, and she enjoys spending time in nature.
Before joining Spring, Ella worked at Nokia’s TECH unit as an analyst in business development for patent licensing. Earlier, she gained finance experience as a trainee at SEB in the Institutional Clients team, which also gave her prior exposure to various financial administration tasks. Ella holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University, with a major in Operations Management.
