He has more than ten years of advisory experience, including large-scale multinational transformation programs and cost improvement initiatives such as procurement optimization, production development, and operating model redesign. Fredrik has worked across multiple industries and helps clients combine analytical rigor with practical execution in complex transformation processes.

Background
Before joining Spring, Fredrik worked in McKinsey & Company’s Operations practice, where he supported leading global companies in executing large-scale transformation programs, particularly aimed at improving operational performance and cost efficiency. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalto University.
