Konsta began working at Spring in May 2024, bringing reinforcement to Spring’s energy team from his previous positions.
He has gained experience particularly in strategy projects and market research. Focusing on energy, his area of expertise is the Nordic electricity markets. In addition to this, Konsta has also worked on topics related to electricity production and heat. He has found the most rewarding projects to be those where he developed energy strategies for large industrial energy consumers.
Konsta’s desire to develop himself guides his actions both at work and in his free time. Goal-oriented sports and professional development are part of Konsta’s daily routine. As a counterbalance, he likes to relax by spending time in nature and at his family´s cottage by the lake.
Konsta is accustomed to dedicating himself to tasks. If something is worth doing, it is worth doing well. However, he doesn’t take things too seriously, approaching them with a good attitude and a bit of a twinkle in his eye.
Konsta has worked as a management consultant since 2021. In his first year, he focused on the social and health care sector at Nordic Healthcare Group, and afterward, he concentrated on energy while working at AFRY Management Consulting.
Konsta has a Master of Science, having graduated from Aalto University with a major in Systems and Operations Research. During his studies, his interest in decision-making analysis began to focus on the energy sector and related business activities.
