Linus joined Spring in March 2023, with prior experience from financial audit and assurance services.
As a member of Spring’s corporate finance practice, Linus has successfully assisted clients on engagements that range from commercial due diligence and M&A advisory services to valuation fairness opinions. Though Linus currently considers himself as an M&A generalist, much of Linus’ experience has been geared towards clients within private equity, infrastructure, logistics, and energy sectors. Notably, Linus has advised a private equity infra fund on a minority investment in a listed entity with an implied enterprise value of €300m.
As a former professional athlete, Linus embraces a philosophy focused on continuous learning, and is inquisitive and diligent by nature. Linus is fluent in English, Swedish, and Finnish, and his working style is organised yet adaptable, making collaboration seamless and efficient.
Previously, Linus worked at KPMG as an auditor, with experience from IPO assurance services. Additionally, Linus played golf professionally on an international stage for six years.
Linus holds an M.Sc. (Finance) with honours from Aalto University.
