Professional profile

Joel joined the Spring team early on, in August 2017, and is thus already an established member of the team. He has advanced quickly at Spring and is now a versatile expert and project manager. His knowledge ranges from strategy to the development of commercial and operational skills.
Joel’s strength is the management of large projects and challenges with a clear focus on solutions. He is at ease working together with clients and building trust through open collaboration. Joel is inspired by new types of challenges, which are frequently fast-paced and versatile.

Joel is highly involved with Spring Advisor’s sales department and working on different strategies and performance improvement projects.

Background

Before joining Spring, Joel worked at AIM Capital on alternative investments, where he was responsible for discovering investment possibilities, due diligence processes, and quantitative portfolio analysis. Joel has also worked in startups in the e-commerce and stone foot trade sectors.

Joel holds a master’s degree in economics with a major in finance from Aalto University.
